1. PARTIES AND PURPOSE
This Agreement is executed between REMUKAN SOWTWARE and the Member registering for the platform, establishing the terms and conditions for accessing cloud-based software solutions.
2. MEMBERSHIP TERMS
2.1. The Member commits that all corporate details, tax numbers, addresses, and authorized contact information provided during onboarding are accurate and complete.
2.2. Membership licenses cannot be rented, transferred, or shared with third parties. Each account belongs exclusively to the contracting Member.
3. DATA ISOLATION AND COMMERCIAL CONFIDENTIALITY
The Company maintains isolated database structures in its multi-tenant cloud architecture. The Member's customer data, stock movements, and financial records are protected and never scanned or shared for commercial purposes.
4. SECURITY MONITORING
In cases of anomalous access patterns, brute-force attempts, or security threats, the system may automatically lock sessions and require secondary verification to protect Member assets.
